Meet up at IHYS and walk, bike or drive to the location at Kadish Park, overlooking the gorgeous city with a view of Lake Michigan. We will practice asana, pranayama, mudra, and meditation. Stay to chat after the session if you wish. Thai bodywork assists are also provided.
