Sunset Rooftop Yin Yoga & Meditation

Enjoy the sunset vibes on the Inner High Yoga Rooftop for this quaint and limited-time dusk yoga series! Join the group meditation, asana (postures), mudra (gestures) and pranayama (breathing/energy exercises) for one hour and also enjoy a free non-alcoholic beverage after. We will practice yoga poses among the treetops and hear sounds of the gong, singing bowls and tongue drum as well. Relax, unwind and refresh yourself...maybe you'll even make a new friend or two! Space is limited to 8 practioners. Please bring a mat if you have one, but Mats and Props are FREE and provided if you choose to use them!

Pre-registration is required. 18+. Limit 8 people. No Late entry, early departure or early arrival. Shala opens 10 minutes before class in which you may come and settle in. We have an all gender restroom. LGBTQ+ safe space
